Post subject:  [Customer Support] New Ticket System Guide

To use our new ticket system, please proceed to: http://member.us.woniu.com/

1. Log in using your Snail Games USA Universal Passport Account. For most players, this will be your normal game Account ID, followed by the same password you use for the account.

2. Once you have logged in, click the “Support” link. Then click “File a New Ticket” on the left hand column.

3. Input the details of your inquiry into the web form. Make sure to select the proper Question Type so that your inquiry is filed correctly by our system. Click “Submit” when you have filled out the fields.
Tip: You can stretch the size of the content box to review your ticket before you click submit.

4. After clicking “Submit,” you will be forwarded to your “My Ticket Status” interface. From here you can check the status and detail of each one of your inquiries.

5. Selecting “Detail” will take you to each ticket’s detail page which includes updates to your inquiry from our Customer Support staff.

Hello

I have two questions about this ticket system.

1) Before we received confirmation email in our regular email account.
Maybe i have a setting wrong, but i do not receive any mail concerning tickets anymore.
at the moment, i have a pending ticket and i need to logg on to my snail account severall times a day to check its status?

2) It looks like i receive replies to my tickets, but they are in chinese. In my humble opinion, that not very convinient on an american server.
I have no idea what the comments say or if i have to do something.

Maybe someone can clarify this?
