The automatic patcher is assuming that everyone already has patched their game file to version .010 but there is no means of manually patching from .008 to .010 ( patch file for .008-.009 currently gives "file not found" and there is no manual patch file for patching from .009 to .010).

When trying to enter the game, after getting to the character screen and hitting the play button, there is a loading screen and the moment the game tries to start the intro scene the game will immediately crash to desktop. Any attempt to reenter the game gives multiple fxlaunch/fxupdate "copy file failed" errors until the game finally continues through the normal screens up to the account/password screen. Once the password is entered the game immediately crashes to desktop.

Thats exactly whats happening to me , I hope we get a solution for this I paid for the deluxe edition and I cant even play the game !!!!

After following the crash and freezing guide, downloading the new 0.012 client and updating windows cleared up the copy failed error when starting the game.

The game still has the same crash to desktop problem - first attempt I can get to the character screen and hit play before crashing with every attempt to reenter the game crashing when at the account/password screen.

I have deleted and reinstalled four times now. I have deleted and redownloaded the game client from you and continue to have CTD problems.

I am reusing Pheonix Pledge that worked just fined in CB1. But the moment the game tries to start the first cut scene in Qiandeng the game crashes every time.
