Get rid of the dual currency.
This only makes the game more of a pay to win form since you need Taels to do more than half of the ***** in the game. You need them to upgrade your equipment and buy from stalls for christ's sake! At the very least broaden how you can get them. Bounty hunting is nearly impossible in such a large area unless you make an agreement with a frequent offender to meet up so you can turn them in. The only other option is kidnapping and many find it nigh impossible on top of going against their school's regulations and requiring them to repent frequently to avoid the debuff.

There have also been some major errors whenever I enter certain high content instances such as Twilight village. Optimizing that code would be a good idea.

There has been a lot of talk about the classes being grossly unbalanced. I'm not going to pretend to know every issue, but do take them into account and at least look at them.

Crafting issues have been coming up since you need items from other manufacturing proffesions to do any more high level actions via crafting (ie. needing Pearl Essences for Poisoners to make Poison stones) It would be better if the ingredients are changed or different materials made available at the NPC vendors

The player stalls all run off of Taels. This runs into my previous arguement, but if it is not done then at least make it so people can buy items using the normal coins

A spam reporting tool- I have seen countless gold spammers and have blacklisted whenever I can. However, you yourselves have stated you want to deal with this issue by cancelling associated accounts. A gold spam report option would allow you to get the reports in real time and take action sooner.

I understand that AoW is still in it's earlier stages and you need to work issues like this out. I just hope you may take my advice into consideration when designing future updates.

I would like to give suggestion. I play the mobile version of this game and I'm a paid user. But i have so many difficulties to getting Five Mentals Element skill. I have been playing from last 2 and half years and still i haven't even learned that skill. Upgrading skill is long term process. So Please make it easier for paid users at least. Please. Please.. Please...
